Have been about one week I don’t write anything in this blog. Even it looks like there was a good atmosphere in this blog since it was built at the first. Some people starts to read my post, even I write them in a bad English. Yeah, in the words that I just can arrange. I don’t really sure about that all. Are they really read and know what my words mean. But somehow I felt a little bit lazy to write here again.
Why? Just don’t know. Maybe I think it will just become useless posts. Cause this site’s hosting and domain service will be ended in the next month. Actually at 7 July, and I don’t think so to manage this blog for the next year. So I decide not to pay them.
But I will still write in my blog. I have a plan, to take a better domain name. Because along this yaer I don’t think that this domain is describing me so much. I don’t get any blogging spirit by using this domain. So there will be a new domain for me. I will take a new one because the cost is exactly the same wether to extend the service or taking a new one. Moreover there will be a good change if I take a new one with a webserver based on US. Because for the next I planned to write fully in English.
So these late days I just take much time to make a new design for my new baby. And take some e-books to get some new spirit and knoledge from them. So that this one is not well looked after.

I don’t know. what the hell is happened over my blog. It was not just the first time since I start blogging at April 2007. As long as I remember it maybe the second or third situation like this happened. At the time I still using wordpress free service, there also the same fact I got. My statistic was looks like frozen. No change was appear over there.
Even I’m not only using the original wordpress stats plugin. But I also using W3counter to track my visitor. But both show me no one visiting this site. Even at the other side there was some people giving comments to my post. It was happenend since 5 may. What a really strangefull was this all.
I don’t know if there is something missing. But when writing this post I see that we must add a tracking code, that will be a banner to my sidebar. Ok, my be that was the cause, but I still not sure. How can the official stats plugin also stopping to count my visitor, if there was just an error at the other plugin with the same function?
It was just still become things I guess. Hoping will see different result after doing that. And may be looking for another traffic counter is also a good idea.

Ya, W3Counter is working right now, but not for the official wordpress stats plugin, still want to know it.

Do you have any self-hosted site? If yes, how do you manage it/them? Do you build them by uploading page by page of the entire site like in the stone era? I guess not. Yeah, as we know that almost all people in the world is using softwares to manage their sites. Because today a static site is no more powerfull to fulfill the word industry-related site requirement. Internet is become so complex since people starting to make transaction trough the web. So that linking one page to another to build a website is not a good idea anymore.
There must be cookies management to identify a costumer when logged in. And so many other needed purpose. And for that people usually using another web technologi like java or php. And nowadays, we are getting more easy to do that without knowing the mean of a php script anymore but we can built a site using it. Like using wordpress, like what I’ve done.
Bay the way, have you try to upgrade your wordpress manualy ? If so, ever you get a trouble when try to upgrade it again using Instalation software like Fantastico? Ohh… enough this is not my style anymore. 
Ok just wanna tell you, if you ever try to upgrade wordpress manually, wether for testing a beta version, or maybe the Fantastico is still not recieving an update of new wordpress release, but you think that it was too late to not upgrade it right on that time. So you decide to upgrade it manually.
I ever get an error when try to uninstall my blog using Fantastico again. Even my web-root directory was cleaned so well, but when I force Fantastico to point the instalation to the web root directory it says ‘ Not possible to create new installation on the same directory, an installation is already exist’ Ok that was a simple probem, but at the first time maybe make some people getting boring.
Yeah really simple, the answer is just go to your cpanel, open file manager, go to the Fantastico-related directory [it has the same level with public_html called .fantasticodata] and delete the entire content of that folder if ypu just install one site. Or edit the installed_in_root.php, which just contained of these string:

?>
Change the value from 1 to 0, that’s all you’re free from yur trouble.

It have been so long time, I talk about both of phone. Motorola W388 and BenQ C30. But I did not really compare them in one post yet, even just for one side. Music, Camera or maybe the radio. And in this post I’m going to do that, prepare yourself to know the truth.
Design
Overally, BenQ C30 is quite good, from the design, that the screen looks so wide, but actually wasn’t like that. There was a too wide space above the screen as the merk placement, that I think take the portion of the screen to much. But that minus point can be reduced by the shortcut tho some multimedia feature like FM radio, Camera and music in the top of the body. Beside that, the sound also heard so loud because of it’s double speakers located in the back side of the casing.
Motorola W388 also good, one level above I think. Even there was just one speaker but the sound heard more tasty. It was not too loud but well listened. The keypad also has a better form I think, texting will be easier to do with this cellphone. The saimple navigation when playing music also become one good point, just use the d-pad rather than using shortcut. And also it’s compability for the headset and mini USB when transfering data.
Usability
If we compare, which one has better function as a phone ? I will choose Motorola. Why because somethings I found in that one but not at BenQ. Like sending message to the one who recently call us without saveng the number first. Locking some message, so that when we forget and want to delete that message there will be notification that the message was locked, and can not deleted without unlock the message first. Delete some messages at one (multiple delete), and also auto cleanup that will delete our messages periodically. Clean our messages that coming for a couple of days or weeks before or just left a certain number of messages.
Music & Radio
There was no a big difference about the music. It just different at the equalizer that owned by BenQ but not at Motorola. But the sound is pretty smooter to listened using Motorola, because we can try at some other better headset. I ever try to listened using Sony Ericsson W200 headset’s and it feels better than the headset owner I think. But the radio of benQ will accept more station I think, even number of station can be stored is not so different, BenQ 10, Motorola 9 stations. But if we look to the storage capacity, Motorola W388 is giving us more music by it’s official 2 Gigs microSD. BenQ does not, it is officially have 1 Gigs MicroSD storage, even when I try using 2 Gigs no problem was found. But I was not sure, for how long
Camera
Both have a VGA resolution for taking the moments. But BenQ’s camera is not only used for taking pictures like Motorola W388 camera. It also have ablility to take some activities to be recorded as a movie in a avi format. So that there also a video player inside that phone. Even the player is just a generic player I guess, because there were to many avi formats that can’t be played by the player. It is only for the video taken by the camera or the others having the same quality. But, when we talking about the way the phone taking pictures and the result, BenQ was better I think. The result was a litter bit bigger of size, that tells us the quality I think, and when taking the picture, the numeric pads also work as the controller of the phone, like adjusting bringtness and contrast, night mode or auto, efeect and so on. Here is the result :
Both was BenQ C30 camera result.
Taken in Taiwan, I think the result was better than when I use it in Indonesia.
Others Fact
Some other fact I found when using these phone was the quality of the after sales service. BenQ was suck, make me wait for 3 months to repair the bad signal reciever and unfinished headset port that also become the charging and data tranfer port. And after finished, the port is broken again after 2 weeks so that make me can not using it until this time I write this post. It also take 3 weeks to repair the dead spekaers. I must pay when I forgot to bring the Warranty card. Really different with Motorola which very fast to upgrade the software (about 10 minutes) and it was always free even I don’t bring the warranty card.

It have been a surprise for me this morning when I was logging in into my dashboard. I saw a newest update from wordpress blog that inform me if the status of next wordpress was changed. Previously, wordpress was still in the beta release. It was Wordpress 2.8 beta 2, on Saturday but since Monday it became Wordpress 2.8 Release candidate 1.
Obviously it was a good news, really good, if I’m not publish this post yet. And if I were not upgrade my wordpress core at the early morning of that day. It looks like it was a wasteful try to upgrade it, while on next hour it was changed again. Even until this time, i still not knowing if there are some difference between 2.8 beta 2 and 2.8 RC 1 *hoping that nothing different found * but I still feeling that what I’ve done is useless.
But as my thanks to you, wordpress team. It was no matter how many time you upgrade wordpress in a day. I will always say thank you to all of you. You have been creating a great job guys. Once again thanks a lot, hoping you’re all get a better morning everyday.
OK I think thats all, it have been so long for me not writing my post in English. I feel that no more words I can say.
